Option 1 — Inside the app (fastest)
- Open the app at professor-turtle.com/app and sign in.
- At the bottom of the page, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password (password accounts) and confirm the dialog.
Your account and data are deleted immediately, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email
Email admin@professor-turtle.com
from the email address registered on your account, with the subject
“Delete my account” and your username. We will delete your account and data
within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, username, email, password hash, and usage records.
- Your study data: saved drafts, practice history, flashcard progress, Chinese word banks, and flashcards you created.
- Your username is removed from generation logs (the log rows themselves are kept for service statistics, without identifying you).
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- The last remaining admin account cannot be deleted — promote another admin first.
