Do I need to pay to use Professor Turtle?
It costs nothing to start — just use it with the daily AI token quota. No credit card needed, no subscriptions.
How do I get more tokens?
Your tokens refresh daily. If you run out, simply come back the next day. There's currently no way to purchase extra tokens — we want to keep things fair for everyone.
Which devices are supported?
Professor Turtle works on any modern browser — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. No app download needed.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you need to sign up to use Professor Turtle. You can register via Google SSO for instant access, or use manual sign up (which will need to be approved before you can start). Once you're in, all your progress and performance history are saved automatically.
Can schools use Professor Turtle?
How accurate is AI grading?
AI grading is highly accurate for structured questions (MCQ, math). For open-ended answers, it provides meaningful feedback and scores, but we recommend parents review graded essays for the best learning outcome.
What data does Professor Turtle collect?
Only what's needed to make the app work — your answers and performance data are saved so you can go back and review your past work (up to the last 20 question sets). No data is sold or shared with third parties. No tracking or analytics scripts are used.
